Based on submitted tickets, the most common issue related to the quick battery drain is because of the apps running on your device that you are not realized. Please scan the cases that best suit your situation and take the following steps.

Case 1: Old iPhone – iPhone 6, 7, or 8 Users
- If you are an old iPhone user like iPhone 6, 7 or 8 and found your battery dies quickly please contact your property manager or support@hollyburn.com to resolve your issue.
*All the mobile device replacements should be confirmed by Property Manager before making an IT request.
Case 2: Everything seems normal, but the battery drains quickly.
If you experience your cell phone battery dying quickly but everything else is good,
- Tap the home button twice to view a list of apps that are currently on
- Swipe up to close individual apps running at the back by swiping up.
- Test and compare the battery consumption for a day and contact support@hollyburn.com if you do not find any difference.
